TERMS OF SALES

The purchase of products offered on the Marrakech Imperial Website is subject to these general conditions of sale (“General Conditions of Sale”). These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force for in-store sales.

1 - ORDER TERMS

The Marrakech Imperial website allows you to order “Marrakech Imperial” brand products online via www.marrakechimperial.com.

2 – AVAILABILITY

4 – PAYMENT

Any order placed on the Marrakech Imperial Website must be paid for immediately when your order is placed. We only accept payments by credit card.

All orders are payable in euros. Your order will only be shipped after verification of your payment method and receipt of debit authorization from your card.

5 - FRAUD PREVENTION

6 – DELIVERY

Products purchased on the Marrakech Imperial Website can be delivered anywhere in the world.

Delivery costs are free for all orders over €150.

Before the final validation of your order, the amount of shipping costs is clearly mentioned.

The products are shipped to the delivery address you indicated when ordering.

Orders are delivered via BRT, DPD Group in accordance with the indicative shipping times below to which is added a processing time of your order and delivery to the carrier of a maximum duration of 72 hours.

European countries: 4 days (minimum indicative time in working days).

In the event of a delay of more than 7 days, you have the option of canceling your order and giving us additional time to deliver to you, in accordance with legal provisions. 7 - DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Any defect or delivery delay exceeding seven (7) days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS – EXCHANGES – REFUNDS)

In the event of an exchange (except in the case of a product received as a gift): If the amount of the product(s) chosen as replacement has a value greater than the amount of the product(s) returned, you will have to pay the price difference in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale.

If the amount of the product(s) chosen as replacement has a value lower than the amount of the product(s) returned, the price difference will be reimbursed to you by Marrakech Imperial in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale, unless in case of gift order.

In the event of an exchange, the transport costs of the first delivery are refunded, but the transport costs of the second shipment are invoiced. The products must be returned under the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph. Marrakech Imperial will make the refund within fourteen (14) working days following receipt of the returned products, by crediting your bank card. We do not offer refunds, even partial, if you received the product as a gift.

9 - LEGAL GUARANTEES - WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, we will refund or exchange defective products, non-compliant products or products that do not correspond to your order.

The products sold on the Marrakech Imperial Website are subject to the conditions of legal guarantees provided for by articles L 211-4, L 211-5 and L 211-12 of the Consumer Code as well as by articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code :
